USMadeMailboxes will contact you in the unlikely event that product is back ordered.
Shipping Policies
USMadeMailboxes provides FREE UPS shipping for all our products to the lower 48 contiguous states. All other locations please email us at CustomerService@USMadeMailboxes.com for shipping quote. Place Shipping Quote in subject line. Minnesota residents will be charged a 6.875% sales tax.
Return Policy
All products must be returned to the manufacturer. All non-defective returns must arrive in the original packaging in resalable condition, with all orignal components included, or the package will be returned to you and no refund given. A restocking fee of 25% will apply and the customer is responsible for all shipping and fees.
In an unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit, please send us an email immediately to CustomerService@USMadeMailboxes.com. Please put Damaged Product in Subject Line. Save all boxing and paperwork so a claim can be filed with the carrier (usually UPS). We will provide you with all return instructions to send the item back, at our expense, and we will arrange for an exact item replacement.
No cancellations or changes can be made to a peronsalized order once it is submitted to the manufacturer because of the custom nature of the item. Please make sure that all details are correct before sumbitting.
