All Special Lite mailbox posts are made of heavy-gauge aluminum and have powder-coat finished for extreme durability for a lifetime. Any Special Lite mailbox can be used with any Special Lite mailbox post.
Special Lite mailbox posts have two different mounting styles. A Direct Burial and a Surface Mount style while some posts offer both. The Direct Burial posts are provided with an 18" burial section to ensure a secure base for your mailbox. The mounting style depends upon the specific post is provided in the mailbox posts description.
Some posts are available to mount two mailboxes.
The Fresno post gives the appearance of a sculpted base with out the expense. The two piece wrap around base accommodates a 3" diameter post and is secured with sets of screws. The posts' mailbox arms can be adjusted to varying landscape conditions. The Fresno is a direct burial style mailbox post double mount can support two mailboxes or you can use the extra platform box for a seasonal decoration.
